Where to start. Worst property management company I've every worked with. Communication was almost non-existent. Jill, took weeks to respond to any questions, if she responded at all. Apparently she felt here only responsibility was to collect rent, not address any pre-existing issues with the property.

Jill has been absolutely amazing with keeping us informed & up to date with any issues we have had. She is responsive on all concerns never allowing a question to be unanswered. She has been a very great resource to have when it comes to a property manager. Correction: As our lease was coming to an end so the owner attempted to have us sign our rights away through an estoppal. Strong arming my roommate with an eviction while I was out of town, they had her sign this document. Reading it over myself they neglected to inform her of the transfer of responsibility were going to be removed from the owner of the unit to us, the tenants. While we still had reported issues and repairs that needed attention by the owner that have yet to be resolved. When I noticed this information I refused to sign before giving clear information as to why we needed to sign this. In response Jill threatened us with an eviction via text & email. Be careful what these people force you to do. You have rights as a tenant to know what you're signing and look it up yourself before taking their word on it. They will be quick to leave you hanging.
