    As a tenant you have a responsibility to keep your rental clean and when moving out return it in the same condition you found it minus normal wear and tear. If deductions where made from your security deposit it is because you thought you could get away with it or you were lazy. Why should we have to clean up or repaint your mess? As far as entry, we never entered your apartment with out 24 hour notice except the one time your ac was acting up and we came right over. You just requested a lease verification for a new rental. It is my job to tell the truth. You really should discuss issues with your landlord one on one before publicly ripping them a new one. What would happen If we lied to your prospective landlord about your rental history and they denied your application?

    Lisa the owner is terrible and charges tenants for anything she can when they have moved out. She will walk in your apartment with no notice or even knocking. Terrible company with rude ownership.
