Kevin John patiently presented me with a comprehensive list of all my preferred features and locations. It has been a year now since our move and I can attest 100% that all of Kevin’s tips and recommendations were right on. In hindsight, we couldn’t have done better and we’re grateful for Kevin’s knowledge of the local market. Kevin seemed available 24-7 for calls and emails. That was really important because we were against some tough deadlines during our move. Kevin’s professionalism in particular is one of his greatest strengths. Everything from the way he speaks to you and treats you throughout the whole frustrating experience (I only mention this because of the tough market conditions we faced at the time of our purchase, which was during a seller’s market & has nothing to do with Kevin.
