I like to express that my husband and I looked past the reviews of this property management and reviews about being discriminated, along with race being a factor. And I can see this plays a role with North Carolina wanting to live in the past. I explained to Will that my credit was not to great along with having collections, but excellent renting history and great jobs. Will seemed to understood and told me the owner wanted someone to move in quickly and asked if I had a deposit, which we did. So they ran our credit information, and Came back with the problem being my credit! But i explained to Will that this would show with the collection.My husband is White and Im Black, i can see now that they did not want us living on the property for these reasons. And of course they had my driver license to see this as well. My husband tried to call back and speak to Maria, but she denied him of that! Somethings will never change. I would give this location no stars if I could.

Unprofessionalism, Unethical, & Discriminatory towards applicants. Literally wasted my time & money. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. But cannot leave a review without at least one star.
