Several of the staff are extremely rude and disrespectful. I rented from them for nearly two years, but had to move due to extreme unforeseen circumstances. I was never late on my rent , nor missed a payment. Upon moving, I called to figure out the details of how the situation would play out. The office manager, as well as one of the other staff, spoke to me in such a condescending, demeaning tone. They were highly unprofessional. There needs to be a training in interpersonal skills as well as customer service!

I've been renting from tim and his team a year and I love them! Tim my property manager is understanding and is personable. I was pregnant when I started renting my home and asked if they could find me somewhere safe , and they did !! All my maintainer request get answered within the hour -- out of all the property management companies their properties are the most updated and well finished. Please don't go off just one review !!!! I will definitely be renewing my lease with them !

The reviews on the Internet about this company are correct. I've rented from multiple property management companies in the past and I have never came across one as dishonest and disrespectful as this one. Even after reading the terrible reviews of them, I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and chose to go with them hoping the reviews came from people just being mad. Big mistake on my end. After my lease was over, they charged me $185 for damages which were in the home upon move in. In the end, all they did was take my money unfairly and hang up on me when I called questioning the charges.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER! They are dishonest, unorganized, and in a word - SLACK! They give you the runaround and change their processes by the day. No one here knows what they're doing. They're just out to get your money in deposits and fees and then you never hear from them. Save yourself some time and frustration by staying clear of this company.
