We worked with Julie to sell our first home and buy our next one. The process went incredibly smoothly, despite a crazy market right now. She was professional and gave us a lot of guidance/knowledge on how to negotiate the best deal for both our new home and selling. We were able to sell our home for over asking and get our new home for under asking all thanks to her!! Jo-Anna was incredibly helpful with the details, paperwork, etc. to finalize both purchases.
