        Shell game being played with this company. Worst customer service I have experienced. Tried to transfer service to new vehicle and extend service for another year. Was told that I was no longer going to have streaming service with my extension. When I told them I wanted to cancel they told me they were removing the 3 month trial that came with the purchase of the new vehicle. Too many other options to play these games. Supervisor couldnt process a refund. Wanted to leave me with a credit with a company I will never deal with again and suggest you do t either.
