Big Al's Pub & Grubberia

It was my first time going to Big Als in Charlotte. I originally was going to do a Togo but The bartender had the best vibes so I decided to dine in. My waitress was very unpleasant. However, the way the staff handled the entire situation was amazing. The security guard was awesome and made me feel safe. I went back the next day & while waiting, the new waiter was great and attentive and he was very kind. I spoke to The manager Bethany, she listened to my concerns, took everything I said into consideration and was very sincere about the incident. I wasnt rushed in our conversation and she truly made me feel heard. She was very communicative and understanding overall. I felt the situation was handled appropriately and it was shown The managers & owner genuinely cares about their customers which is great because they have the best food with great prices. The chicken dip was hittin and the buffalo tenders was delicious. The food was fresh and fulfilling. Ill definitely be going back. And just goes to show one bad apple doesnt make it all bad!

Love this place for me and my three Amigas. We are teachers in CMS who come to vent...and unwind from our hard boot camp week. After good food, great drinks, wonderful staff . Jennifer without a flower in the hair...and with a flower in the hair are great support and sweet face Harley adds to a great family atmosphere not only great servers but great therapist. If you want to cast all your stress and troubles away, join the fam at big Al's
