DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Only rented for a year with them but it was the most difficult experience I've ever had. Sly and careless. While meeting for initial walk through, the agent went to the wrong townhouse. They lost the mail key and it took two weeks after move in to even be able to check my mail. Garage door opener was not given to us, and after 4 trips to their office, they gave me the garage key for the OTHER townhouse they were renting out. We never got a correct one. There was no walkthrough when we moved in, and the lockbox on the door for showing the townhouse was never removed, despite asking them several times. Moved into an unclean townhome, and when I called about it, I was talked down to, laughed at, and told to deal with it. Communication with Keyna is a joke, she is very rude and doesn’t want to work with you on anything regarding making things easier or problems associated with the rental. On move out day, she totally forgot I was even moving out! Not sure why they keep her at the front desk. Beware of other things they add to your lease too, including professionally cleaning the carpets on move out and changing air filters quarterly. Will NOT be using Bowden again.
