Strongly recommend finding an alternate management company. High turnover. Not very responsive. Stephanie (the company president) has poor attention to detail. There are better companies out there.

As a resident of the The Falls if I could give a 0 I would. Unfortunately we are forced to have this company as our HOA. They do not dress your concerns, no matter how many times you email, call etc. They will pass you around like a hot potato from voicemail to voicemail. You pay the dues to the company to not manage the neighborhood. It is ridiculous. They do not respond to anything! But they like to pass it off to the developers, we pay AMS every year not the developers. The worst company ever!

!!!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!!
It is now acceptable for AMS Association management solutions to allow their community managers to hang up on customers and simply not answering their customers calls.
Mr. Orlando the "company manager" hung up me on the phone because He simply didn't want to answer any questions I still have.
AMS acknowledges they hang up on customers when they do not want to answer questions customers have.

They allow certain board members in the communities to practice in fraudulent activities by allowing their friends to obtain lucrative contracts for what should be half the price of the contract that is put into place. AMS will never notify homeowners on yearly budget or contracts put into place. If you want to see any documents, you have to lawyer up.
AMS takes a vantage of incompetent board members on HOAs. It brings Stephanie and Orlando Great joy if your HOA board members cannot run their HOA community effectively.
Stephanie, the company president allegedly will never return your phone call or set up a meeting with home owners who pay their dues.
This company will never be transparent on documents, and where the money is going. Why? What are they hiding.
Stephanie and Orlando are abusive their customers or it could be their extremely low IQ level so theyre not aware of their actionsStephanie & Orlando are people who have small lives who get power trips on handing up on peoplehear of karma.
The only solution is to not have them as a management group, simply because they are not capable of managing anything or sell your house.
* There is no way this company would receive a five star rating organically.
I highly doubt any of the five star ratings are legitimate.
