WORST management company, HOA we have had to deal with. We have 70 residents in our neighborhood and everywhere but the entrance is heavily neglected by this HOA. They manage only the entrances grass to make the entrance of the community look good to the others driving/passing by. There is nobody we can reach out to, to discuss our concerns or ask where all the money we are paying is going to. We never receive reports showing where our money is spent either because they are not spent on our community. At our community, each resident pays $600 per year to this HOA because we had to sign an agreement with the home builder and it is a requirement. Pure disappointment.

Absolutely terrible management company
To say, management company is actually quite comical, the only thing that they manage is receiving their dues at the end of the year and collecting their fees. When it comes to collecting fees, they are very responsive although they have it set up automated. When it comes to taking care of issues and concerns in neighborhoods, they are completely hands off. Everything is directed to the manager Rusty Simmons. and when he does reply, its very short and usually much time has passed between receiving a response and sending the email and normally you have to send the email two or three times to even get that. We have a neighborhood full of issues that should not be allowed and its because this company is NOT managing! I echo many of the other comments when I say, I wish I could give them zero stars. However, Google is not set up that way.
***When choosing my next home, I will definitely consider the management company set in place before purchasing a home in that neighborhood.
