Beautiful new apartment community in the heart of NoDa. Leasing office team is super friendly and amenities are amazing : Pool, Community Room, Game Consoles, Work stations with privacy or booths! This place is as colorful as it's name suggests!

I've been living here for over a year and I absolutely love it. The leasing office is amazing and I don't know what I'd do without Macy. She takes the time to know the residents and supports her community at Kaleido but also constantly supports the NoDa community. I'm super thankful for Macy and Rickeeva. Not to mention the awesome maintenance crew we have! So thankful for the Kaleido NoDa team!

Ive been a resident at Kaleido for over a year and just renewed my lease again thanks to Macy! Macy has been super helpful and accommodating. Thank you for going the extra mile to advocate for your residents. I've lived at various complexes throughout Charlotte and I confidently vouch that Kaleido has one of the best teams especially in terms of prompt communication and going above and beyond to take care of their residents. Appreciate you guys! :)

I had the pleasure of touring Kaleido with Leighton! She very very friendly and knowledgeable and showed me a few units that would've been the perfect fit. While I decided to stay at my current appt, if I would've moved out, I certainly would have picked Kaleido as my new home :)
