Skybrook Townhomes in Huntersville. I have paid hoa monthly thru bank bill pay and I get emails stating they received. For July month they didn't deposit even after sending me confirmation with check numbers and charged late fees and when enquired not getting proper response, not sure how to reach escalation contact. Worst is I had provide my bank stmt and details with proof that they mentioned its received but didn't deposit still they repeat stating its deposited , god bless me and hope to receive a proper response , waiting for 2 weeks now. Now mgmt changed so hoping Cedar mgmt will be responsible to resolve this issue

Sherry Reeves has to be the worst employee at Cedar Management Group. She does not visit the property. If she did she would see the mailboxes need to be pressure washed, she was paying for 2 landscaping companies, the community ponds are not being maintained, she never communicates with the the board members. The community has lost property value because she does not visit the community for violations. Please do not allow her to be your property manager.

I called in to check to see if money order was received. I mailed it more than two weeks ago. The girl that answered was very nice and helpful to let me know that it had note made it there yet to be posted to my account….

I’ve been trying to get an answer to a simple question about an ARC request and get very little in terms of a response. Multiple emails and phone calls later and the best I’ve gotten is a one or two sentence answer that offers very little guidance. The lack of transparency is unacceptable. They have refused to give me any information regarding who is on their ARC committee. Denying fence requests despite other homes in the neighborhood having the same fence up. Offering an app but then saying another form is needed. It makes zero sense.
