Upon the realization that I need to move out on my own for the first time, I was overwhelmed by the rental market. I found a property in Albemarle that Red Hill Management owned, and I could not be happier. I feel that their application process is very thorough, and they were willing to rent their home to me with no prior rental history. My home is updated, and they are on top of anything that I have requested at the home. Hopefully I will be buying a home in the next year, but until then, I am happy to be renting from them.
