3-4-23 Paid $10 for touchless car wash. No soap, no foam, no clean car. My car is still dirty. What happened? This used to be a good place.

Haven't received one of their services, but have experienced their drivers. Licence plate number was JCK-9478. I was driving up Franklin Blvd. in the middle of a storm (Aug 19th) and one of their drivers was zipping in and out of traffic, running every red light possible, and almost caused numerous accidents. They even pulled into turning lanes with red lights just to run them and cross back onto the main road with cars still going through the intersection. I tried calling to report the driver, but the number doesn't work.
