Unfortunately like the previous reviews I was forced to file a complaint with the BBB, due to my deposit not being refunded because of damages found to the property." All of this came within 48hrs of me declining to enter a 3rd contract and pre-paying for the next month, then being locked out of the studio. After making the owner aware that I informed her of the damages 6+ months prior, she became silent. Unfortunately the owner does not visit the property after each session to inspect the studio & assess any damages. With that neglect, she pushes the blame back on the last photographer. Over the course of 18months, I along with other photographers, have received emails for possibly being charged for toilet issues, HVAC being left on, paper damages, and floor damages. To put everything into perspective, "single use tenants" are charged a cleaning fee and the owner does not consistently clean the studio. As a hourly rate studio, this studio is highly overpriced. Parking is non-existence and the building isnt handicapped friendly. Theres no ramps nor elevators. Ive had handicapped clients have to be carried up 3 stories for a session. If you book SILVERCRAFT I suggest taking images before and after your session. BRING EVERYTHING you need as she charges premium prices for no amenities. (Yes, monthly tenants were informed that amenities will be stripped due to damages) Also please check your contract. You and your clients/ models will be under video surveillance, however only one camera monitors the doors for security purposes, the others do not. Make sure you understand your privacy rights. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY

The owner charges you a $35 cleaning fee as well as a $250 refundable damage fee when you book the space. They had trouble removing two pieces of office tape from their floor and they deducted $75 from my refund. I feel this was a little overdramatic. The space was nice, but definitely not worth the headache. Please be cautious who you do business with. I will not be doing any further business with them.

The studio is beautiful, and the location is great. Unfortunately, there have been some recent issues that led us to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Very unfortunate, never had to do that before. The studio itself is great, but it's a shame to see how it has been run recently. Please be careful.

This studio was absolutely perfect. The setting is great. The space was absolutely perfect for the amount of models and hair and make up stylists. I was able to have food and beverages for my models because of the full kitchen, and the bathroom was so beneficial as well. I will definitely be rebooking at silver craft studios in the future. Worth it.
