I have been going to ABsolute Pilates for six months and it has proven to be an excellent place to learn and do Pilates. I certainly enjoy my practice, and have noticed that I feel better and can move better than before. The instructors are well trained and experienced and a pleasure to work with. The studio is kept clean and orderly, and only the finest Pilates equipment is used. Even the parking facilities are great. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

I'm so happy to have found this gem in the South Charlotte area! Absolute Pilates is my new favorite studio!! It is so clean and fresh looking, and has the most up-to-date equipment I've seen. Allison (the office manager) is so welcoming and I always enjoy chatting with her before class. :) Monica (the owner) is a brilliant instructor. I love her Core Barre classes! I've been to so many other classes that leave me feeling exhausted, but she has a way of working every muscle, yet you always feel energized and fabulous when finished. I've also started Pilates private sessions...never knew that Classical Pilates was such a challenging workout nor that the Gratz equipment made such a big difference in feeling it in all the right places. Beautiful clean studio, professional staff with excellent instruction. Thumbs up!!

Called studio and received information on the studio. I decided to stop by and visit. When I arrived they were closed but had forms outside the door to fill out and someone would call when they were back in the studio. I did so and left the completed form in the slot they designated. I never received a phone call.
