        The waiting time over the phone is excruciatingly long, and by the time they answer the call the customer service horrendous.

        The only reason they get 2 stars is because the check in girl is nice. You have to check in BEFORE they even fill a prescription. Dr sent in my prescription 3 hours ago and they haven't filled it because I didn't walk up and tell them to. Who gets a prescription sent to a pharmacy and has to check in before they even fill it? I will never use them again.
