Great customer service. Polite technicians that are well informed as well. Very helpful with any concerns and questions pertaining to your medication.
Here they offer free gifts that advertised within the office, as well as hard candy (like Jolly Ranchers and Dum Dum lollipops) and a free bottle of water (your choice of cold or room temperature).
Also give customers the option of sliding scale for payment of medication, apply for special assistance for medication that is necessary yet expensive (injection meds like Abilify and Invega Sustenna or Invega Trinza through the support of Johnson & Johnson), allow you to sign/receive your prescriptions today and pay later, and recommend MedAssist if not able to pay for medications at all.

I called to check on a faxed prescription. A Lawanda answered the phone. She was very short and rude. She actually gave me incorrect information. So I had to call back a second time. This time I spoke to a Tiffany who was also very short, rude and cold sounding on the phone. I asked a simple question about delivery that could be answered with a simple yes or no. And this time I could here Lawanda yelling in the background.
This is the first pharmacy, in which I experienced attitude on the phone that felt like it came straight out the streets . And not the friendly sweet informational persons I was use to at Cannon Pharmacy.
I will not be giving Genoa any of my future business.

I used to always get my meds filled here because of the outstanding customer service and lower cost, however the past two visits here have not been pleasant and extremely long waiting times for my medications. I will not be coming back.
