We have used Mr. Zelaya's company for 2 large jobs, one interior and one exterior. He is always very responsive, reasonably priced, and the work quality is excellent. Was supposed to have someone come out to my how for a free estimate. However, no call no show and its been a week. So that speaks for itself. On June 14 I received a email from Franklin with your company. And he stated in the emails that I still have in my phone that he would come by between 5p-6p on June 15. I posted the email for you to see. But he never showed up and never called.

Franklin Zelaya and his team are awesome. We had them paint the exterior of the house and the interior downstairs / stairwell / and upstairs hallway including the trim. I had multiple neighbors tell me how they saw the quality of their caulking / painting and the care it took on the outside. Many were jealous and wished they had used them on their houses. Franklin said the outside would take 4 days - it took 4 days....he said the inside would take 2 - it took 2 just as he said. They arrived promptly at 8am each day and left before 6pm like clockwork. I've never had a more professional contractor at our house. I would highly recommend. Services: Interior painting, Exterior painting, Door painting
