Kind of an odd experience. Went two days in a row to get a print job done. The fellas working in the print shop itself both days were super nice, friendly, and helpful. But on the second day the manager came over uninvited and really pulled down the mood. He told me that I should have uploaded the files to the website instead of bringing it in. But the print shop guys didnt have any problem working with me in person and its a good thing they did because the first sample we made came out with color errors and they had to swap to a different printer, plus one of the computer monitors wasnt color calibrated. I told the manager this but he doubled down and said they could have emailed me the sample?!?? Why would I want a digital version of a digital file as a sample? Doesnt that defeat the purpose of getting a sample made, so you can review the transition from digital to physical print and go over the color, shape, size, paper, etc? Really bizarre suggestion. He also seemed visibly annoyed that I had been given a discount. Didnt catch his name, but its hard to miss a manager with a pink mohawk. I really dont want to go back if I have to do business with him.

I tried to use this OfficeMax location to run off important copies. When I arrived on the day of, the manager told me that none of the print staff had shown up that day, that he couldn't do anything to help me, and then went on a rant about his workers. It is probably best to avoid using this store.

I recently had an exceptional experience at OfficeMax thanks to Samantha. Her warm personality, outstanding customer service, and willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression. Clean store. I could find what I was looking for with ease. The real person clerk was friendly and helpful.
