This location was relocated up the street off Independence Blvd by the gas station and moved to Sharon Amity where vision works used to be. This location is much smaller than the old location. Very disappointing this store is closing for good 8/21/21 because they aren't able to renew their lease. They ask customers to shop at the Independence Store in Matthews NC.

The customer service here was horrible. I was in line with a few other customers and we were all confused as to where we should be. (What register to go to. ) No one said hello upon our entrance. There were 3 employees and not one of them acknowledged the customers in the store. Finally a girl came out of the back to help. I had to go to her and ask for a computer diagnostic for her to tell me the tech guy was out. Needless to say I wont be back.

i just had the worst customer service experience ever, i came to get a print out. the young Hispanic girl.( purple ponytail.)was so nasty and rude. i even tried cracking a joke to make her laugh. she still was nasty. i will hope the cooperate office see's this post. i will never go back to this store this is the second time she has been rde. the first time i let it slide. she needs to be replaced..immediately!!!
