Hendrix took over our account after our existing copy supplier sold out. The improved communication and service level have been greatly appreciated and today they proposed new equipment while holding our cost to within 10% of our old out dated equipment. Bernard Neal is our Account Manager and he is simply amazing. With just one call he will come in as soon as possible and help us if we have a problem printing programs. He sets everything up for us and takes the time and effort to make it perfect, and to teach us what to do so that we are able to do everything on our own the next time.
