Rose Nails

Very unprofessional. Mandy (who claimed to be a regular employee until I asked for a manager, then claimed to be the owner after saying she isn't the owner) cut me while performing a pedicure. She was going fast and took only about 15-20 minutes. She didn't acknowledge that I was bleeding until I said it, then got mad and roughly applied some powder to stop the bleeding. The pedicure was horrible and she caused my toe to get infected. Avoid at all cost! She said it's normal for her to cut people and it happens "all the time". Could I please get a response from the actual owner?

I loved visiting Rose Nails! I did a walk-in appointment and the women who was working was so sweet to me! This salon is not in the nicest area but I was okay with that. The lady who did my nails was very nice, efficient, and gave me exactly what I asked for. She did not even charge me to take off my precious SNS manicure (I got a regular manicure). She did an outstanding job of cleaning and sanitizing, I felt very safe covid wise. She had multiple sterilization machines for her tools, you were required to wash your hands upon entry, you were required to wear a face covering, and she used hand sanitizer each time she switched between clients.
