Best nail techs I've ever been to... very up to date with all the modern trends! Always very friendly and personable! Great quality and always go above and beyond to make sure you are happy when you leave! Linda did these and let me know she could do ombre and they turned out better than I even expected! ♡

I had an appointment that I scheduled at my last visit. I have been coming to this shop for several years. I drive over 24 miles one way for the excellent service. Upon arrival today I wait and wait. Donna who does my nails graciously do them at 9 due to my work schedule. When she did not come on time, no problem because I know she has family. At 9:30 when they opened I go inside to find out she no longer works there and they do see me scheduled for 9. Being a good regular customer it was not good customer service to not call and advise a faithful client. The schedule calendar was open to today’s date so my appointment had to have been noticed. Also there was no one available due to appointments. I feel betrayed as a regular client of Donna. Not a good way to do business.
