The girl that did my nails was talking on her phone the entire time I was there for a mani/pedi. My pedi started 15 minutes after my daughter’s and I was done before her. When we went to check out, she charged my daughter, rang it up, then said she’d made a mistake and charged her $5 more…but the original price was what was advertised. I think she just wanted more tip. I also had dip nails done. The edges chipped within an hour. 1 week out, and I need to go get them done again. Always wondered why I could just walk in this place without a wait. Now I know. Would not recommend.

I've been coming to this salon for a year and a half. I always tip well and try to do my part. Today my daughter and her friend got acrylic nails for her birthday. She plainly told the man regular polish. He tells her it won't last long and she needs gel. Being 11 years old....she said ok. I didn't feel well so I slept in my car and came in to $100 bill. When I called and asked why he did gel when we requested regular polish, he said bc it doesn't last long. You can come back and we will file it off and paint regular. KNOWING I don't feel well and won't come back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO A REGULAR YOU JUST LOST. DO BETTER. Services: Gel manicure, Acrylic nails

John, did my full set and pedicure. I'm a very detailed person and look for quality in the work. Beginning with my fingernails. I wanted ombre color. When I told him, he said that it cost extra it takes too long. Hmm, okay. So I assumed he did not really want to do it so I chose a simple white. Next, the shape I asked for was coffin, however, I'm not pleased with the shape, nor am I please with how the white polish looks. He also did not clip my cuticles. The polish on the thumbs and a few other fingers isn't smooth and has rippled. He also didn't use oil on the cuticles after finishing so my cuticles peeled later. As for my toes, I first asked for a different shape and he told me to keep the shape that I have. Hmm, okay. The entire pedicure was rushed. He did not scrub my feet good at all. Lastly, they serve beverages. No one offered my sister or I anything until I said something about them having wine. I am 100% sure that I will not be returning to this place for my fill in. Even after the horrible nails, and because I am a nice person, I still tipped him well. Lesson learned... Services: Acrylic nails, Pedicures
