Faithful Moving & Storage was sub-contracted by American Van Lines (AVL) for our move from Louisiana to North Carolina. The team came without the packing materials recommended by AVL & spent hours trying to find materials in our small town; also did not have appropriate paperwork for us to sign, so it was completed at a later date and our signatures were FORGED! This was a bigger insult than our lost and broken belongings. We contacted the NC Atty General's office, but FM failed to respond to their letter. Hopefully, AVL will not subcontract with them again.

When I first reached out to Faithful Moving And Storage I was very skeptical with hiring them for my move. I called several times and didn't get in contact with anyone for a full day. Kita called back and was very pleasant when we finally spoke. She explained everything to me about the move process and how payment, moving, packing and any services I needed would be. Upon the movers arrival I was greeted by two young men who were very friendly. My only concern upon the initial contact was the paperwork. They have you sign like 8 pages of paperwork and after staying up for days packing over 100 boxes I do not want to sign alot of paperwork. They professionally wrapped everything and packed the truck like a game of Tetrix which impressed me very much considering I was told by another moving company it would not fit into a 26 foot truck alone. Everything went very smooth with my move and I would recommend them again to family and friends.

Everything went very well with my move from Charlotte, NC to Seattle WA. The movers arrived on time and were very proffesional. I woul recommend them as they did very well with my move across country.
