        I am giving it 4 stars because of the movies they play, nobody else plays those, so it's literally needed. And the theater is clean and the chairs are comfortable. However, coming from one of the theaters with the recumbent large seats and relatively small spaces, (where you can be rather close to the screen), I found it tough to find spot where I was comfortable, the screen seemed smaller.. once the movie started I forgot all about that though. If the movie engages you, you will be fine.
