    I scheduled to move with this company last month and I canceled 2 days before my scheduled move. They did not cancel my move per my request until the day of (I had to call back). They did not refund my deposit and they still have not after I have called 3 times. They are no longer answering my calls. I should’ve read the reviews before booking this company. Do NOT use them.

    I highly recommend Quick Movers. They were friendly and great to work with. They were careful, fast and professional. Their quote was half of what the big companies were charging, and the bill was less than the quote.

    PLEASE read other customers reviews and believe when they say this is the most unprofessional, scamming company. I paid them via zelle and then they ran my card again thru the app they require you to pay a deposit on without your authorization I have never been so frustrated with a moving company. Also they will quote you one price but Dana will try to charge you a much higher fee. I have never meet such an unprofessional manager “as she calls herself” in my life. She is very argumentative and tries to fast talk you. I booked them thru Thumb tacks, they reply very quickly but it’s down hill from there. I was purchasing some VERY expensive furniture from a seller and had the movers meet me at her place. This was advised to the company. I had to call the company at the beginning of the move because the workers seem to be upset about the items that needed to be moved. Dana answered and basically lied to the workers and told them to unload the truck because she told them “ I was in fear for my life.” Which I never said to her, I told her, simply “ please have the owner call me because the workers were unprofessional.” The workers came back and said they were unloading the truck and the “seller” had to step in which was totally embarrassing to speak with the Owner when he called my phone yelling at me because she lied. Fast forward, the workers took 5.25 hours to move and “wrap the expensive furniture in plastic”. They became friendly throughout the move and they stated they had moved a 5 bedroom house prior to me needing my items move and they were extremely tired. Note I helped them move things to help them out because they were exhausted. They called Dana to get help with moving a heavy hutch but she could careless and said this is what they are paid to do. I helped them and one of my fingers are injured now. When the move was completed, (walls damaged in my home, mattress left downstairs because they were tired), Dana tried to overcharge me and after going back and forth with her. I paid her via zelle and than she charge me later on an app the use to make you pay the deposit. She is ignoring my phone calls and messages. I will be pursuing legal action towards them if I am not issued a refund of my money ASAP and will be contacting local news center to inform consumers of this company. But this seems to be a recurring theme with this company with scamming customers. PLEASE AVOID.
