Randy was very pleasant and professional. We were denied by a previous lender and he worked diligently to help us get approved thru his lender. He was able to get us a good rate as well as cash out. We appreciate all his hard work and diligence through the entire process. We closed on our loan yesterday.

Exceptional service throughout application and document gathering was painless and fast, initial qualification was also fast, and the final approval went exactly as outlined could not have been smoother despite the lock down and high volume. Excellent job will definitely contact him again should I find myself refinancing or buying another home!
