The year 2020 brought lot of pain and loss in our world.
The only good thing which came out of 2020 was the low mortgage interest rates.
When I decided to refinance my mortgage, I went online and started looking at my options.
As soon as I entered my details, I was hit with barrage of phone calls, even from places where I didn't apply at.
The only gentleman (Ellis Nance) who reached out to me via email and mentioned that "Hey, I know you must have lot of calls till now but if you prefer to talk via email, please get in touch".
From this email, I knew that Ellis is right guy who understands that sometimes things are better communicated via emails rather than calls where immediate inputs are required.

Once I had all necessary information, we finally spoke on phone and he helped me from there on out till successful closing was done.
