Bonnie Marshall is hands down one of the best loan officers I've worked with and probably in the industry! She is savvy in several aspects of mortgage business including first homes, second homes and investment properties. She really listens to your circumstances and helps to get you into the perfect situation for you! Even advising if something isn't wise financially regardless of if it would benefit her or not. Very rare for the mortgage biz and a real gem of a person. Would give her and Christi, who helps keep everything rolling, a 10 star if I could! Was able to close on a beautiful house, on time, and with a lot of dangers along the way thanks the Bonnie and her team!
