I literally walked in and stood at the host stand for a good 10 minutes while the bartender laughed and jokes with his friends he never acknowledged me and the restaurant was basically empty it's one girl in here do all the work . This will absolutely be my last time here

Very disappointing. Long time customer but will not return. Thought they had to have run out of ways to cheapen the experience, but I was wrong. Out of multiple ingredients. Plastic fork and no chopsticks, disposable bowls, forgot the eggs we paid for, no drink refills. Our server never checked on us. Lacked flavor despite using the exact same ingredients as every previous trip. Not worth anywhere near the $27 each we paid for an appetizer, soft drinks and medium bowls. Dozens of better options at that price.

I hate leaving bad reviews but unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. I got to the restaurant at 12:35 and placed an to-go order. Apparently because I ordered a signature bowl I did not need to get an bowl and go through the line from what I was told but finally at 1:05 I ended up leaving because I paid yes, but I had to get back to work. I guess I should be happy that I got my sweet tea. I dont feel like the restaurant does a good job letting people know the process, or wait times. If a person says it is their first time there, that should be the queue to explain the menu and how the restaurant works. I unfortunately will probably not be back because I am not a fan of spending $13 and not getting the food for the money that I spent.

Amazing!! I never order off the menu. I always order the pick your own bar. I get the large bowl which after cooking ends up in a much bigger bowl than the bowl used to fill up from the bar. They have around 10 different meats to choose from and around 15 different veggies. I can't remember all of the choices but here's a few... Seasoned chicken, plain chicken, beef, pork, pepperoni, shrimp, baby corn, edamame, peas, carrots, colored peppers, broccoli, waterchestnuts, pineapple, mandarin oranges, etc. Load your bowl up by mounding it up and I mean till it's falling off the bowl. Then pick a mix-in sauce and hand it to the cook who will cook it with a starch of your choice, white rice, fried rice, noodles, rice noodles, etc. They have toppings like crunchy noodles and crunchy strips. Grab a soy sauce bottle and head back to your table. A server will bring your bowl to you. I always get the large so that I have some to take home for lunch the next day. Ooooo it's a two-fer!! Yay!! The food cooks quick and is so tasty and delicious.
