Troy Mediterranean Grill

Incredibly slow kitchen - nearly 45 minutes for a to-go order and it was half empty. My kafta came out thoroughly burned, topping what I'd call a 'terrible' experience. Proceed cautiously.

I have visited this place 2 times before today's visit and really enjoyed it. After todays experience, I will never return. I ordered a kids meal and was told that they never have had a kids plate. I have ordered chicken tenders for my child in previous visits so this was a lie. Then I look over the menu and they were out of everything. Salads, baklava, certain appetizers....all were "out if stock." The drink machine was broken but no signs were posted. Gatorade was horribly syrupy, the lemonade was water....so annoying. My plate of food was too minimal for the price you pay. The chicken was overcooked. Seriously the food was terrible. I make better kabobs and grape leaves at home. I should have just stayed home. I ended up not eating my plate of food. I had to go else where for food. Not happy at all. I wouldn't even go here for gyros. You'd get better ones at Showmars.

I am not sure if this place changed management but I ordered a vegetarian wrap which in the past would have a ton of grilled vegetables and humus on it and what I recieved today was basically an empty wrap. There were no veggies hardly and no hummus. I also ordered a side of Potato Harra which was like 5 little potatos I recieved today and before it would be a good size portion. It was not worth the money. Won't be going back. Very dissapointed!

I have been to Troy several times and they never cease to amaze. I will definitely be going back.
