I was purchasing a cold therapy system for my upcoming knee surgery as a recommendation from y doctor and I went online to find a product, but there were so many to choose from, so it was a bit confusing. I called a few places but most either didn't have anyone pick up or if they did, they provided me only with shipping and pricing information, but nothing when it came to the product.

Buyers beware. I ordered a cold therapy machine the day after I got home from surgery and Supply Physical Therapy's website order page said I would receive it in two days. Two days later I checked the status of my order and it still had not shipped, so I emailed to cancel the order and found another alternative.
Two days later (four days after placing the order), I received a response saying my order had shipped and could not be canceled, but I was welcome to return it. So I started reading the return policy. There's a 20% "restocking fee" and I was required to pay for the return shipping. So I reached out again, explaining the situation -- that the ordering site noted I'd have the unit in two days, but that changed after I'd paid. I asked that the situation be considered and that the restocking fee be waved. More than 24 hours later I still have no response.
So now my only options are to keep the unit and try to sell it, or I can pay $50 to return a $188 unit and be reimbursed just $150, meaning I spent $88 for absolutely nothing.
