Ordered a wheelchair after a car accident, prior to surgery. I am on crutches, but needed the wheelchair in order to do things like chores or carry food from the kitchen to the table. Was told different things on the phone at different times, called to follow up with surgeon who said they sent everything they needed to send prior to my surgery (which was a week after the accident). Was told I would probably get chair delivered day after surgery and they received everything they needed form doctor, only waiting on insurance approval. week and a half after the original order I called again for the third time for a status and they said they needed notes from the surgeon. The surgeon told me they sent notes several days prior. Talked to this office and my surgeon's office at least three times each. Was promised call backs from Livewell several times and never received them. They seemed almost happy when I told them I was canceling my order. Basic wheelchairs must not be a high profit item for them, so I'm pretty sure I was low priority. Bought a wheelchair on Amazon. At least for just a few dollars more I can keep it for if I ever need it again or a friend or family member needs a wheelchair.

I really appreciate to great customer service and the excellent price for a much needed orthopedic stroller. Would highly recommend them.

Sandy at Livewell kept me informed throughout process of getting my godmother a working power chair and was a pleasure to work with. I can tell he really cares about the people he is helping.
