Best emergency room experience Ive ever had in my life! Seriously. Was seen quickly and efficiently. The staff was friendly. Dr Ghim and Anne as well as the team that worked with them to assist me were gentle. I felt informed and less anxious once I left. Hopefully we wont have to visit but I Would trust them with my children and other family members care. The facility was extremely clean, well stocked and organized. Parking was easy. Highly recommend if in need of emergency medical care

This is by far the most amazing hospital Ive ever been to. The nurse leader DeeAnna was so understanding, patient, and caring. She was also absolutely amazing at her job Ive never had a nurse with such out of this world bedside manners and just all around outstanding service! Doctors Brian Cohagan was also a god sent he I was also very patient very attentive I made sure to take the time to explain everything until he was sure I understand all of my ailments he was also amazing and bedside manner. The two of them along with the radiology department receptionist security guard and anyone else I came in contact with during my time there made I normally uncomfortable experience so much nicer and easier to deal with! I would give this place 50+ stars if I could off the charts service and out of this World staff!

If I could give this place NO STARS I would. I went tonight with my 5 year old son who was just seen there yesterday. Everyone there seemed to have an attitude from the moment I got there. My son had a very high fever with vomiting and diarrhea. The nurse Jennifer was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was informed my son would need to go by ambulance to Levines in concord/cabarrus since the Charlotte locations beds were full. The nurse came in about an hour later and basically said get comfortable because I would be waiting 12 hours for an ambulance. I was unaware the wait would be this long thats why when I first arrived I asked her if I should just go to Levines instead but she assured me that they would be able to transfer him there if needed. Once the ambulance arrived ( which ended up being only 2 hours later ) the medic said they had him routed to take my son to atrium union county which is not a childrens hospital. I asked the nurse if this was an oversight since HER and the DOCTOR both said the hospital in concord/ cabarrus. She replied with I must have misunderstood but they said cabarrus/ union ? Which makes no sense since those are two totally different places. I would have never came Here in the first place had I known a transfer to a childrens hospital wasnt possible. The nurse Anne spent more time and energy arguing with me about who was right or wrong instead of trying to find a solution. I feel as though she really lacked empathy in this situation. ( my other son 3 years old was just released yesterday from Levines for this same horrible virus which is the only reason I wouldnt want to travel to a hospital 1 hour away and also the fact its not a childrens hospital ) This facility has just opened and I will never go there again!
