Starks Pediatrics at Mallard Creek

My 8year old son has been with starks pediatrics since he was born and service use to be very good and prompt, but thanks have definitely Changed. First off the office staff is not professional and lack customer service skills (front desk receptionist Ann wont look at you mumbling and after checking she just lets you stand there dont say we are all finish nothing) also the wait time is like being in a salon. Be prepared to wait at least 45 min after your appointment time in the waiting area (major deal breaker has happen the last 5 visits). Took 4weeks to contact me about irregular lab work to tell me that they also didnt get enough blood and would need more. Im so done with this place !!!!

Dr. Stalks called cps on me in my new born never ever go there.if doctor Goodwin was still there it will be a better place how you call cps on my new born because she was born premature again never ever go there.

I love this place, and have been relying on Dr. Starks professional expertise for both of my children since they were newborn! For over 11 years, i can honestly say the professionalism and care that we have received has been unmatched and i recommend starks to all of my new mommy friends!

I love Starks Pediatrics. They made that extra effort for my daughter to be seen today without a long wait. Everyone was so nice, especially the front office young lady that made the extra efforts for my daughter to be seen sooner.
