Left out 2 pks of my pull ups, then tried to say I can't get that many, which I proved her wrong, then Alisha the supervisor said too bad have to wait to next month! This company stinks, don't waste your time on these rude people!!!

The only place in Charlotte I could find a walking boot. Expect a bit of an upcharge for the convenience, but if you can't wait for shipping and handling, they have you covered and can get you up and running again in no-time. Really high quality products as well.

I spoke with a rep on 8/5 who confirmed that I could come to the Gastonia office. I drove all the way here from Newton today (8/9) and their office is permanently closed. Their website is down, the phone number for both Gastonia and Charlotte routes to a voicemail, and the address available online for "Griffin Home Healthcare" is incorrectly listed as being in King's Mountain. Pathetic.

I gave these people a prescription for a bariatric rollator (walker) after I had called them first too see if they had any for which they said they did...I waited a week too see what was going on too find out they don't carry the kind I need...not once did they call me to tell me!!! I gave them the benefit of a doubt after reading the reviews on here but now I wish I went with my gut...I'll stick with Advanced Home Care for now on!!!
