Helpful staff and a nice showroom. Mattresses are a bit on the spendy side, but I guess that's the overhead of having a showroom. They gave us a quote on a delivered mattress... We ended up just getting one online... One of the vacuum packed ones, and it was half the price of what Original Mattress quoted us. But if you really need to test drive your mattress first, go here!

We recently bought our 3rd mattress from this location, and there is no other company that I would consider for a mattress. The first king size mattress we got from them is still in great shape, after 8 years of regular use, so I can vouch for their superior quality. Not to mention that the staff has always been has very knowledgeable & helpful.
This time around I was purchasing a queen size mattress and thought I would need to pay for a delivery. Instead the store manager offered to help, and he personally secured the mattress on my minivan, and I made it home safely.

Todd (@ the Ballantyne Commons Pkwy showroom) didn't have much selling to do since I came with lots of research and knew what I wanted. He did up-sell me $150 to a Regency Sapphire set but only by letting me know that I'd get over twice as many springs in the mattress (which made it well worth the money). I also bought an unbelievably sturdy frame for $60 and it's only a slight exaggeration to say I could probably recycle the steel and get almost that.
I felt better after the first night on the new bed and have no complaints so far (< 1 week). With all the horror stories out there it's nice to know that Original Mattress is everything all it's glowing reviews say it is.
