Very nice nursery!
1. One of the cleanest nurseries in the area.
2. Great selection of products for pest control/fertilizers, etc.
3. Beautiful flowers, trees, and shrubs available to purchase. However, they are generally a bit more pricey than big box retailers like Lowes or Home Depot.
3. Cashier's are friendly but if you need help you will have to flag someone down. They are not very helpful (at least voluntarily) for loading and unloading your purchases.
4. Checkout always seems to be slow or cumbersome.
5. All in all I would recommend this location. It's very nice and clean. Just don't come when you're in a hurry and be prepared to pay a little more.

Really bad customer service. My mom bought a new flower yesterday and when she got home, she realized the the branches were croaked and not healthy so I went back to return it. When she got there they only allowed her to exchange but not return even though she just bought it yesterday. My mom have returned stuff before and there was no problem but this time she was treated with hostility and a bad attitude. She felt like she was discriminated just because she was Asian and even though she explained it to them as clear as she could, they kept saying they "couldn't understand" her. We've been a loyal customer for a long time but we will definitely not go back after being discriminated like that.

Extremely nice nursery. Well stocked. Plenty of carts. Most of the employee owners are knowledgeable and helpful. Has handicap parking but, while the spaces are as close to the door as possible, the spaces are not close and navigating through the outdoor space off the back of the store, alone, could be a challenge.
