I've been a Windsor customer for over 2 years. Even though I work with Jenn in Winston Salem, she has been kind enough to connect me with Jackie who I have been working with in the past year. Windsor as a whole company has been a pleasure to work with with transparency and open communication. In this case, Jackie went out of her of way to ensure that I acquire the time piece I wanted in a timely fashion! Great people, great store, will definitely continue to build a relationship as I expand my collection.
