Horrible across the board!!... And I've only written two reviews concerning companies my entire life.

I would leave zero star if thats an option. spectrum send my info to multiple collection agency, but when I called spectrum they said I dont owe anything. And seems no one knows how to solve the issue

Spectrum provides very unstable connection. The outages are frequent, unpredictable and they provide no advance warning or service restoration ETA. Their customer service can only open new accounts and take your credit card - they are not trained to do anything else.

I cannot stand this company. In 1 year and 5 months my bill has gone from $128 to $151 with no explanations and the service is terrible. When I call customer service they ask for a 4 digit code from your bill, when the rep answers they ask you for so much information to verify your account before they help you. The hold times are more than 20 minutes! My speed is 400 most and its always dropping. I work very hard for the little I have for this nasty treatment. I will soon end this relationship. This is the governments fault for allowing your company to behave this way. There are many people getting paid off for this mess.
