The staff is always helpful and if they do not know the answer right away, they will investigate it and respond in a timely manner. Worst insurance agency, ever. They mess up your policy then blame you! When it was their mistake that caused the problem, they eventually will admit it then refuse to fix it because they can’t! Alvin Green does not answer emails. The girls answering the phones have no idea what they’re doing. And, once you decide enough is enough and shop around....you realize just how much you are being overcharged!!! When I called in, Alvin answered and I told him I was cancelling. He pretended to be concerned lol. When I told him it was due to his lack of response, their staff mistakes and the fact that I found insurance cheaper by $100/mo....his response “oh, well we’re more for families then single vehicles. That’s why you paid so much” ARE YOU KIDDING?! What an idiot!! NEVER. AGAIN. ALLSTATE.

Alvin Green has been with Allstate insuranc for 30 years. His agency is very respectful I’ve never had any problems with getting my service request done timely and professionally. I would recommend Alvin great agency to my family and friends thank you for servicing our policies for the past 15 years.
