Sean Hertel and Karla Combs at Charlotte Insurance have been wonderful to work with on my home and auto. They have the ability to shop the best rates across many different insurers to make sure my wife and I aren't overpaying (which is common with the large insurers). They are extremely proactive and knowledgeable, and will be in your corner if something unexpected comes up. You should be working with this group!

The only person there that seems to want to help and have customer service would be Barbara Sylvester, and u donny even think she works there anymore. The people are rude, seem like theydon't have time or want to help. I will not be renewing my policy.
