        First I would like to say Thank you to Jarrell in the Waxhaw office. He is very kind and patient. I have had bad experiences with Allstate in the past; i called their office this morning thinking I had another issue. I admit I was very nasty to this young man... For that I am sorry. He was able to handle the situation with calm and grace. He took care of my needs and got all my questions answered. Thank you again Jarrell, you are an asset to the Allstate agency!!!
