Our business has bought from this company since many years. Recently we had a problem with them making a defective part good. We had a high end motor coach that needed a new hydraulic fan motor. When we received the motor, we noticed that it was hard to turn. Knowing that we didn't need to take a chance with a defective part, we called to question. We were told to go ahead and install which we did. Pump ran less then 1 1/2 hour before locking up and blowing a high pressure hose. The installation of this pump is a very labor intense job requiring the radiator to be removed to allow access to the pump. This was almost a 2 day job. They refused to step up to the plate and make good. This is certainly not customer as far as I am concerned.
