1-Customer service at 1st phone call didn't document correctly what I wanted, therefore I didn't get it at my home
2-Since the cleaner wasn't given the correct info, she merely cleaned the interior of my windows, though i specifically & clearly told her in person I wanted inside & outside of windows cleaned to look like new. She still didn't do it!
3-When I called customer service the same day to ask for a refund, the girl stated I had never asked to have the exterior of the windows clean. Huh??? (Ask yourself WHY you would not clean BOTH sides of a filthy window!) She never apologized or took any responsibility.
I will NEVER use this company again Service: Post-construction cleaning

Jessica was very professional and showed up on time. She went above and beyond cleaning with the power off, and doing a great job!! The house looked as good as the day we moved in. I would definitely hire her again for regular service or a move-out move-in job.

I just had my house cleaned by Scrub Buds. I have 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. They did am amazing job on my entire house including my refrigerator and stove. They were very professional and prompt. I am overly satisfied with their performance! If you are looking for a stellar cleaning service, Scrub Buds is the best!
