Century Communities - Hadley Park at Arrowood Station

I purchased a home in the Hadley Community in the fall of 2018 I'm beyond thankful that I did and in retrospect it was one of the best decisions I've made. We worked with a great agent/rep, Gina, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and answered any and all questions we had. Gina has been come a friend to our whole community; we all regularly stop by to say hello and Gina always has a smile and positive energy. The homes are of high quality and even after the house settled in the first year there have been no issues. You never hear your neighbors through the walls and our heating/air bills are low due to good construction and insulation.

Bad service. Beautiful homes and was ready to buy but went to the office during open hours and no sales rep was there but there was a team of builders that didn't acknowledge us at first and was hesitant to let us see the model and began to eat food at the diner table in the model. Was not helpful and made me wonder how reliable or respectful is the company. We are dealing with houses, not food or clothing. I would expect the highest level of service and appreciation. When telling the sales reps the issue, they just asked me to come in and they will give me better service . Didn't feel valued or appreciated and sadly I had an approval letter to help move forward with getting the home.
