I'm a RE/MAX Agent, licensed in both NC & SC and have represented buyers in purchasing dozens of new construction homes, with multiple national builders around the country. I currently have eight new construction homes in process with numerous builders.
One of my clients is purchasing a new home in Bonterra Builder’s Enclaves at Crismark subdivision in Indian Trail. We just completed our orientation walk through with Jason Cooper, the builder rep for the subdivision. This was by far the best orientation walk through that I have ever experienced, in more than 15 years of practicing real estate. No surprise, after our home inspector shared a week earlier that it was the “best home inspection with the fewest defects” that he had ever seen!
Jason is very knowledgeable, excellent at providing information and feedback to buyers. He is also very quick to remedy issues that occasionally come up during the construction process. He is a true professional, shows sincere concern for giving my clients what they deserve in a new home. I highly recommend Jason Cooper and look forward to working with him again in the future!
