        The best community in South Charlotte! What we love about it: we are walking distance to South County Public Library, the greenway, Starbucks, and Trader Joes. Great elementary and middle school assignments, Myers Park High School. 5 minute drive to Davies Park, Stonecrest, Blakeney, Southpark or Ballantyne. 10 minute drive in either direction to Pineville or Matthews. This is a close knit community of friendly neighbors - young families and older couples. Homes have incredible open layouts and 3 car garages. We love WhiteGate!
